From Susan’s Heart

GTGIM In Nigeria March 13, 2018

Dear family, friends and precious intercessors,

It is with great joy and delight Jim is heading back to Nigeria tomorrow evening, March 14th, and returning March 27th.

Never before has he had such clear insight on God’s purpose and agenda for his mission in Nigeria. It will be the shortest trip yet, however one of the most rich in Holy Spirit fire. Again, we thank you and praise God for you and your faithful prayers, love, and support.

As you may know one of our ambassador pastors, Pastor Louis, had a stroke early December. Louis was always the first person to greet Jim after he lands in Lagos Nigeria, and the last one he would see as he departs. Louis never left Jim’s side through his entire stay. Wherever Jim went Louis went and together through the Holy Spirit they proceeded to fulfill the great commission and purpose of their mission wherever they went.  Jim’s first day will be spent in Lagos with Louis in prayer, love and ministry. We are believing God for total restoration of Louis’s health and praying for the miracle of it happening during Jim’s time there. He is currently getting better and stronger each day.

Our hope is in Jesus healing power and we stand in confidence trusting God for His perfect will to be done in HIS perfect timing.  After his time with Louis and his wife Beatrice, Jim will then take time to visit the widows center there where Louis and Beatrice serve and minister.

The rest of Jim’s time in Nigeria will be spent investing in relationships and round tabling with the GTGIM Nigerian ambassadors in Port Harcourt and Benin City. He will be visiting widow centers, prisons and the village of Obanyator.

The Lord has given Jim a clear word for this time and the next trip in September. We are looking forward to seeing the God do amazing things and revealing HIS glory through HIS presence and power and the extravagant love HE has for HIS own; especially the remnant HE is raising up as they prepare to fulfill the great commission and God’s purpose for all of us and GTGIM in Nigeria. God is alive and here with us and HE on the move … we rejoice for the privilege of serving our wonderful God in all these areas.

Praying you too will be richly blessed and encouraged as you journey and pray with us over these next two weeks.

Hoping you might pray for safety and health for Jim as well as traveling mercies and favor. Also since Pastor Louis will not be meeting Jim in the Lagos airport as past trips, please pray for divine covering and guidance as the usual protocol for travelers has changed and Louis will not be there to help guide Jim through the thousands of people at the Lagos airport.

Thank you all so much for praying. We are grateful.

Blessings and love, Susan Corbett
