“Guardians of Hope” Tour, Part 1

Dear friends and family of Glory to God International Ministries (GTGIM),

Thank you for joining with us on our “Guardians of Hope” tour to Nigeria.  We are overflowing with peace and joyful anticipation of what God is going to do through our theme scripture from Colossians and the message for this GTGIM Mission to Nigeria.  May it be received and delivered in Jesus name.

There is a divine mystery-a secret surprise that has been concealed from the world for generations, but now it is being revealed, unfolded, and manifested for every holy believer to experience. Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory.  This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for HIS people, and God wants everyone to know it.’  Colossians 1:26-27 TPT

Jim has arrived in Nigeria. May the Holy Spirit continue to guide you in your prayers for Jim and our Nigerian Ambassadors. The first day was quiet and mostly filled with meetings and fellowship while they prepare for the journey to Osaa.

Margaret and Her husband, to Jim’s left and right, along with the entire Port Harcourt, Reconnect to Life Ambassador Team.

“The first full day of GTGIM outreach was so rewarding.  Small intimate round tables on the preparation message of “HOPE” were facilitated, followed by group discussion. The Lord is stirring in His Remnant Army.”- Jim

This is the core team of RCL Coaching and Mentoring. Left to Right: Israel, Ikubia, Clement, Sister Margaret, Jim, Pastor David, Tola

In route to Osaa, there were two full vehicles of pastors plus Jim. Once they arrived in Osaa, they met with Amelia and her daughters Didi and Kara. Amelia has been ministering in the nine villages of Osaa and the revival is prayers answered!

Upon arrival to Osaa, the team met with the king and held a traditional Kola nut ceremony with singing and dancing. The king is a committed Christian who welcomes the pastors and GTGIM into Osaa. He is concerned with the youth being into witchcraft and idol worship. Partnering with the king is a sign of great things happening!

With the seeds sewn in the 2021 trip, the King shared of interest in Christ and how it continued after the team left last year. People are coming back to rejoice again in 2022!

“Thanks be to God who always leads us in triumphant procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of HIM. For we are to God the aroma of Christ.” 2 Corinthians 2:14

“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” 1 Corinthians 3:16-17

Saturday, the team left Osaa for the journey back to Port Harcourt after the revival.

Sunday, Jim and team attended Pastor Kingsley’s church in Port Harcourt.  Jim and team will pray over the area where the Anti-Virus program is being taught the next day. The Anti-Virus program is derived from the book of Proverbs and is a character and leadership development course.

Rev. Mrs. Margaret Wiwuga prays for Pastor Kingsley’s flock.

Monday, the GTGIM team put on a presentation of Anti-Virus in Port Harcourt. This is the second go of the program in Port Harcourt with much success this time! There were 25 more students that RSVP’d with a total of about 105 students! The kids averaged 7th grade and older and included principals, teachers, administrators, and pastors. It was beautiful to see the community involvement in the program.

The Anti-Virus program captivated the audience with a blend of worship, prayer, and education. People were so involved they stayed two hours after the program was complete. Jim only provided a 10-minute presentation and the concluding prayer- our friends in Nigeria did the rest!

GTGIM serves and encourages partner ministries to grow and be independent. This is PROOF of the power of JESUS!!

“The mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. To them God willed to make known what the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles are which is:  Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Colossians 1 26-27

We thank you for your prayers and support of GTGIM and the “Guardians of Hope” tour. We will continue to bring you updates and we ask for your continued prayers! Glory be to God!

Stay tuned, more to come!

Your GTGIM Team
