After departing Benin City, Jim continued his journey through Lagos and Port Harcourt, where each day held a full itinerary and guidance from the Lord.
Tables were filled with delicious meals, laughter, and the warmth of a family gathering. Ministry visits to correctional facilities were especially impactful, creating space for encouragement, worship, and heartfelt connections. These moments are a reminder that the love of Christ can change lives.
Each day was beautiful - full of faithful service, joyful fellowship, and the peace of God. View a few photos from this part of the journey:
Lagos:

Our brother Pastor Louis lives in Lagos. We intentionally route our travel through Lagos to visit our “wounded warriors." It’s been 7 years since his stroke and it’s now in the Lords hands. He loves his new team shirt, “Jesus is the Way, the truth and the life." Thank you Susan for your diligence in gift giving ❤️

Jim giving Denny D's praying hands coin to Beatrice and Louis. They love them, thank you Denny.

Obi presenting Pastor Louis his “Bush allowance" from the Village revival. Sweet time of fellowship by all!

Louis’s Pastor and spouse, Son I. K. and spouse Beatrice. We sang old hymns and filled the airways with Prayer. 🎁
PHC:
Margaret and many of her ministry partners came to meet me at the airport.
Here we are getting checked into the hotel.

Pastor David, Sister Icubrya, Bishop Uranta, Rev. Margaret, and Sister Tola. It feels like a family reunion each time we unite.

What a beautiful welcome table. The Saints of Port Harcourt are very hospitable and genuine.

Our Bishop said he was, “LOADED VERY WELL," after having this great meal. Everything was delicious. Thank you, sweet friends, for all your care and preparation.

Reconnect to Life Coaching and mentoring, we’re honored with an award for their persistence and excellence in reorientation of the inmates. Well done, Port Harcourt!

Margaret blesses Susan and Jim with a thoughtful gift. Love abounds in Port Harcourt. ❤️

We spent a day at the correctional facility in Port Harcourt. We are restricted from bringing personal items into the facilities just like in America. All the servants served together.

The team with the Oyibo 🤗
The first man on the left is Kennedy. He was released from the Maximum Security Facility in January and is already giving back. Getting re-acclimated is always difficult so let’s remember this sweet man in our prayers.
Also, the outstanding preaching was offered by Bishop Cornelius Uranta, standing just to my left. Bishop Uranta allowed the Spirit to guide his messages so very well. God gave him the word each facility needed to hear.
It’s hard to put into words how scary and uncomfortable these places appear. Then an eruption of prayer and praise takes away “ALL” other thoughts but Him! How great He is, to meet us in the tough places of life with SUCH JOY!
Truly a humbling experience.
