Won’t You Join Us?

The members of the GTGIM team, both here in the U.S. and in Nigeria, will be praying together every Saturday for a short but powerful 15 minutes.  With the time difference (Nigeria is 6 hours ahead), all U.S.-based prayer warriors will be praying from 7:00-7:15am, which corresponds to 1:00-1:15pm for our Nigerian brothers and sisters.  Won’t you join us?  The Word of God tells us that, “Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them” (Matthew 18:20, NIV).  We invite you to FEEL the presence of the Lord by gathering with us, all over the globe, to call on His name!  Pastor David Stutzman, of Berlin Fellowship Church, has graciously put together a guided prayer plan for us to follow.  Please see his words below and consider being a part of this call to action on behalf of Nigeria:

Dear Fellow Prayer Partners,

Prayer is the most powerful force on earth. Jesus intends for His Church to live in a powerful dimension where nothing is impossible. When the world conditions seem hopeless, the vision to build stellar institutions for future generations may, at times, seem futile; but that is our dream. The Church around the world has been a sleeping giant that is awakening. The Church in Nigeria is alive and well.   As we stand together in unity for Nigeria, nothing is impossible!

4 prayer points:

1.  Zechariah 2:5, “For I saith the Lord will be a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.”  Pray that Gods wall of fire will protect all and that His glory will be displayed through out Nigeria, including the IDP Children’s Camp. This Camp is full of children with special destinies and callings on their lives with solutions for Nigeria and Africa. God is placing them under our wings.

 2. 11 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.”  May God Heal all areas in every society of Nigeria.

3.  Matthew 16:18, “And I say also unto thee that thou art Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church.” The battle is won through prayer, not bullets and force, rather influence. A bullet cannot destroy an idea. Ideas are destroyed by better ideas, such as The Kingdom of God. Pray against the gates of hell.

4.  Let’s pray Habakkuk 2:14 over Nigeria: “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”

And of course, always pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

If the Lord speaks to you or shows you anything, please feel free to email me at david@bcfellowship.com.  Glory to God International Ministries is standing with you. We have all come to the Kingdom for such a time as this.
